We are seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to help maintain our medium-sized fleet of late model buses and SUVs to high standards.
This is a full-time position working in a professional environment with a dedicated on-site repair facility. Our shop includes a 4-post lift, diagnostic tools, and a clean, organized workspace focused on maintaining our private fleet.
Position Details:
- Guaranteed 40-hour work week.
- Normal schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain fleet reliability and safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, brake, suspension, and drivability concerns.
- Work closely with fleet management to keep vehicles operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of diagnostic and repair experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with late-model Ford, GM, and Mercedes vehicles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards.
